Refund Policy

Refund: 

All refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. Once confirmed, we will process any refunds And/or provide credits within 15 Working days after we receive & check the returned goods. Transaction fee charges of 5% would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/cancellation or any other reasons.

In case the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, fee charges of 10% would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances.
